Advising the Ukraine-based investor with respect to the acquisition of the minority stake in Ukrainian International Airlines, the leading Ukrainian airlines company.
Advising the selling shareholders of Vik Oil Group, a chain of 118 fuel filling stations, on the sale of the Group’s shares in favor of Russian-British company “TNK-BP”.
Advising the Ukrainian investor in connection with acquisition of 50%+1 in Sky Mall, one of the largest shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv.
2005-2009
Providing legal advice to a major Ukrainian producer of sparkling wines with respect to a USD18 million sale of a majority stake to the Italian alcohol beverages group
Advising one of the biggest world beverage producers with respect to a USD678 million 100% stake acquisition of the leading Ukrainian manufacturer of branded packaged juices
Providing legal services to a leading U.S. private equity fund with respect to the acquisition in 2004, and a subsequent sale in 2007 of the Ukrainian cheese producer’s shares to the French cheese company
