Avellum Partners is the legal partner of the II Annual Legal Conference “Mergers and Acquisitions in Ukraine”, which will be held on 27 November 2009 in Kyiv.

Avellum Partners which was established in July 2009 is forming one of the biggest teams in the Ukrainian legal market, which specializes in M&A, capital markets and restructurings. In particular, three new experienced attorneys, who specialize in the said areas — Yuriy Nechayev, Iryna Nikolayevska and Volodymyr Solohub, formerly with Baker & McKenzie — joined Avellum Partners in October this year.
