Glib Bondar
Glib Bondar is a Partner of Avellum Partners. Glib concentrates his practice in the areas of general banking and finance, capital markets, securitization and structured finance, bank and corporate lending, project finance and debt restructuring. Glib has significant experience on various types of credit facilities, securitization transactions and structured finance, and routinely acts for banks and borrowers in a wide range of banking and finance transactions and international capital markets transactions from Ukraine.
Glib received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia School of Law (USA) in 2001. He obtained his Master of Laws degree with honors from the Law Department of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (Ukraine) in 2000. Glib Bondar is admitted to practice law in Ukraine since 2000.
Prior to joining Avellum Partners, Glib was a partner at the Kyiv office of international law firm Baker & McKenzie. Previously, he worked in the Kyiv office of international law firm Altheimer & Gray.
